Honestly tick "I don't know" — the service won't make anything up. In that case the part that depends on the exact hour (for example houses and the Ascendant) is not calculated, while the other systems work as usual. By the way, the time can often be clarified: check your birth certificate or ask your mother or relatives — even an approximate "morning" or "evening" already helps.

The chart of the sky above the horizon at the moment of birth depends on the place: where the sunrise is, where the zenith is, how the houses are arranged. Historical clock changes (daylight saving, the Soviet decree time) can shift the picture by an hour or more. If the payment went through but access didn't open due to a technical error, contact support: we'll fix it or refund you. Refunds for an unused period are reviewed manually, humanely, without automatic refusals. In that case it's best to disable auto-renewal right away.

Profile data is stored on our servers and used only for calculations and reports. The password is stored as a strong hash — even we can't read it. We don't sell or share data with third parties for advertising. All the service needs is your name, date, time and city of birth.

Profiles and readings can be deleted in your account at any time. If you need to delete the account entirely, contact support: we'll remove the records. The exception is payment documents, which we are required by law to keep for accounting.
